The Rotor RPM of a typical light helicopter is between 440 & 460 RPM in flight, and at this speed there is a centrifugal force in excess of 4 tonne trying to wrench each blade out of the rotor hub.

So they are going to make a helicopter with rotor speeds of 4600 RPM?

The force on a rotor depends on the diameter, which in this case will be about a tenth of a normal helicopter. A full-size helicopter would never be able to fly on Mars.
