If it was open I could use it like the 2.4GHz WiFi
 
And now we wait for the publication and public comment process to start ............ sigh!

likely to take quite a while ----- maybe by that time 2019 has arrived and with a bit of luck, a new government takes over, which results in the rescinding of this policy, which requires a new one for comment which then takes more time for public comment, which means -----

Oh well by that time I will be pushing up daisies.

Sounds like a pretty big change from current policy.

I wonder what Vodacom, MTN, Cell-C, iBurst and ICASA have to say.

Do any other countries have a similar policy?
