Don't trust the lotto any more been playing many year's and only managed to get 4 numbers correct waste of money.

Back in the day I would buy R200 worth of quick picks and would win every week(make a profit of R50)

Meh.... wasn't and hasn't been my turn to win it.
I only need R3.2m, and nothing more. (I can't think of what I would do with more money than that). Just want to pay off my debt, invest and generate a wealthy amount and splurge a little bit.

Most I've ever gotten was R182 for 3 numbers. Won it a few weeks ago. Saw it as a sign to buy a decent bottle of whiskey.
My parental has won R180k for 4 numbers a few years ago. They spent it on their post midlife crisis.
Know (2nd degree) of a lady that won R16m. Spent 4 months travelling the world and living the high life and then went back to normal, mundane life and work.

I buy powerball all the time and for sure i am down .
I dont want the small ones just one big one :whistling:
No line in the water ,,, cant catch fish .

My neighbour won 23m in 2011. Demolished his house and built a huge mansion. Bought townhouses for both his kids & didnt quit his job :)

he still uses public transport to go to work. I wish I was as disciplined as him! :p

Any of you guys Android developers?

Can't you develop something that makes it easy to check? Someone did for me once on an Excel sheet with conditional formatting.

Basically you load your selected numbers into the app - and when the results come out you plug them into the app and it automatically ticks off from the numbers you've selected. I play the same 20 numbers for a month and checking them is crappy :/

KZN Lotto I knew 3 people that won. They published the names of the winners and who & how much went to the charities.

Would much rather have the old lotto back.

Have not played in ages. Most I've ever won I think was something like R29 for three numbers. Have only won about three times over a two odd year period.

Play with FNB online banking. They check and if you've won, they just deposit it into your account.

I do.

And they do ... the next day. I can't wait that long to see if I'm a millionaire or not. I have to know before I sleep - so I painstakingly check the numbers before I go to bed

Just heard on the news, It was won by a 29 year old father of 4, spend R40 on the ticket...
