National state of disaster extended

Minister for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA) Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma has extended the national state of disaster for another month.

The minister announced the change in a new government gazette, which stated that the national state of disaster will remain in place until 15 February 2021.

Is it not easier for them and for us to just make it now permanent so we can make this our normal instead of getting our hopes up that we might function normal again.

I am sure we will have a state of disaster anniversary party soon.

Any good mampoer or witblits recipes?

The ANC will keep SA in a state of disaster for many many months to come, possibly into 2022. Why would they give that power up?

Solidly in the grips of Socialism. Unfortunately your DOJ is very weak and no company or party will have this overturned soon.

Find it funny that people think of this as a national problem when it’s an international issue. I guess it makes it more digestible as it’s easier to be upset with government as usual.

You lucky, what about the poor souls that have lost their jobs, and will be loosing their jobs. Shocking.
More fortunate than others?
Yes

Lucky?
No

It is still a struggle for me to pay my bills every month.
Sometimes having to create new bills to pay others.

Just, because there are people worse off does not diminish my struggle.

Shutdown everything instead of working with those businesses to try find a work around.
Case in point the alcohol ban, they could of allowed home deliveries at the very least , find ways to keep the riff raff from ordering if you must.

Goes against their racist agenda. The cancerous belief is that only whites would do that and the principle at play is to spite whites.

My problem with the lockdown is that the ANC by calling the National Disaster Management Act into action is practising a one-party system. They do a lot more than regulating the directions which governs the country to control a pandemic, it is a simple opportunity that they cannot allow going to waste.
