Hi All,

Does anyone know how to get a proof of payment on Nedbank for a past transaction? I know this is possible on Standard Bank's internet banking but I can't find it on Nedbank's

Thanks!

Go to "Payments", then "Beneficiary Payment History".
Pick the relevant beneficiary from the list.
The list of payments will come up and you will be able to send proof of payments.

Payments > Maintain payments, this should give a list of all loaded batches. This is in Business Banking, not sure if personal is the same

In the past I've printed the statement on which the payment was reflected. Fold the page so balances don't show and block out anything else that's private. Scan the page and send that as proof.

tbh I was trying to print to PDF and no matter what I did the Nedbank internet banking website wouldn't let me - I think they have done this so that you are forced to either print it or email it (and pay them)

That doesn't actually prove anything though, I can pay myself and put maumau as the reference

Install something like Cute PDF which shows in your list of printers

Hi all just to update all of you with the solution I found for this. If you log onto your internet banking profile there is a new feature called "Search for Transaction" or something to that effect - not sure what menu it is in but seem to think that it was either the Balances or Payments one. After you enter in your search criteria it displays a list of transactions which you can print or resend proof of payments for!
