Need a 384 or 512 rate limited ADSL Account

We might be upgrading our line to 4Mbps soon and we will make use of more than one account, but I don't want one account to consume all the bandwidth.

Thus I would like to know are there any ISPs out there that can provide me with a normal shaped adsl account that can only go up to 384 or 512 speeds.

I suppose I could go the Linux way, since I'm already running Gentoo as a gateway. So what linux distro would allow me to limit traffic by ip etc. without too much hassle?

yeah with a 4mbit line the data and cap will fly, and quicker than you think.

Netlimiter works oraait, but its quite easy to change

other way would be to have a internet connection server, and basically all the data router thru that. At limited speeds
