Does anyone know who you can contact at MTN to fix an error on a contract. Somehow my sister's contract was migrated & upgraded without her consent or knowledge. After numerous calls to 808 we are being sent from one person to the next and nobody seems able to fix the error THEY made. It's been 2 weeks now and it seems impossible to actually find someone to fix the problem.
