Need Help to set up WISP - URGENT !!!

Hi All - I hope someone can point me to a company / group / persons that will be able (oh, and willing) to assist in implementing a new WISP in a rural area. I need obviously, equipment, and believe me the couple of co's I have contacted so far are obviously making enough bucks as they do not even bother to come back with quotes..... I mean, one WILL spend money with them, its not for free, but yes, I do need help for contact persons pls pls pls.
All the area details etc. will be discussed with anyone that can assist. Range MUST be at least 3 KM.
