Need help with Hosting Conditions

Is there anything I need to look out for when looking 4 a hosting company ?

only gonna use site for personel use

is there anything in the conditionsofsale except 1year contract period i need 2 look out 4 ?

I would look at the supported features. If you use asp then make sure u hosted on a Windows Platform, if you just want a simple site go for a linux box. Also check the bandwith allowd and those sorts of things. Go have a look here, VERY VERY cheap international hosting. Allot better than Host4Africa http://www.netspaceinternet.com/
