Generally if im having a shitty day, i will lean towards sweets.Stress and anxiety is the next trigger and the two are often related. Lots of overtime leads to both stress and poor eating habits.
Agree, I was on 3 sugars, then went to 2 for 1 week and then to 1 the following weekSomeone told me that stopping sugar in coffee takes one week only ... I tried it, and it works. I won't say coffee tastes now like sugary coffee, it doesn't ... but I can appreciate the coffee's flavour a little better so it balances out.
sell everything and move to an island far far away, done!Just don't have shitty days then xD

I gave up chocolate when the wife quite smoking. I managed because i could still do other sweets.
Guess cold turkey is the best way.
