Hey guys
I need some help with my addiction to sugar, Especially sweets. I swear its worse than crack! but just below heroin.
Any tips? I know its a coping mechanism of sorts, But how does one go about replacing sugar for something else?
^ Me too a few years back. Chomped sweets all day at work plus 2 spoon teas, coffees.
Eventually had trouble getting to sleep at night no matter how tired & sluggish I felt. Then Google put paid to my sugar obsession with a plethora of epic horror stories about ' How to trash your body & mind with sugar'.
Plus my clothes were shrinking.
A friend said to have a go at quitting sugar in tea / coffee, and cutting down junk & sweets, so I tried that. Took a few weeks to get used to, but it did get easier over time. I still wanted the sugar high but regular proper healthy food really eased the craving.
