I am trying to create a team of; Programmers, artists and donators to help create a website that I have been planning for a while. Because I plan to keep major details secret for now, I don't expect any donations (I will be setting up a pay pal account soon though)
So I will be the major fundraiser and will pay for server costs ect.
I am looking for 2-3 good programmers who can start a complex program from scratch, and then maintain it. I am looking for an artist that can make simple yet elegant website design (this is not crucial, as will be explained later on) and anybody else that would like to help run/maintain it in any way.
Without giving away to much I will now explain my concept.
The site will be a place where people can express themselves, but usually cannot afford to do so. It will be like the youtube except they express themselves on a site(no its not like facebook or myspace) becuase if they are programmers they can key in practically whatever they like, if they are just your everyday users who want to raise awareness for something, they can go about doing it and still look nothing like the other users, using the customizeable interface. If they are popular they will be rewarded in many different ways, from a cash bonus, advertising space, even to a bigger page (both physical size and mb's)
I do not have time for comments as I would like to begin the process a.s.a.p
It will take up much time and so all I would like is:
Your name, residence any examples of previous work (software, art, whatever) why your are interested and how long you can work a week.
Once I have rounded up everybody I will divide up the shares of the company, as you will also be co founder.
If you feel it is much easier, you can email your credentials to:

You will need to think of a different route than PayPal, as they do not allow incoming funds to South Africans. Also, you would need an NDA (Non - Disclosure Agreement) / legal documents to prevent the idea being stolen.

All the best of luck for the project!
