Hey guys, I'd really appreciate your help. I need to try get this build as close to R10k as possible. What would you guys suggest? The one thing that I can't change is the HDD.
Thanks

You have an account at a wholesaler?

Where are you based? Postman Pat can prob help if you are in JHB?

Rather go for the Gigabyte R9 270X (currently sold out) at the same price!

The i5 4670k CPU is useless in a H81 chipset. You'll save more than R200 by going for the i5 4570 instead.

Why would you want to go with a Mini-ITX setup?
It is more expensive, has fewer RAM and PCI slots, stuff are going to run hot and high end graphics cards may not fit.
The case that you picked does support long cards, such as the R9 270X, but it is pretty expensive for a computer case.

Thanks, the 4570 is actually like R500 cheaper. Thanks

I have the same system doesn't run hot at all in that case. Mini itx is the future ;)

I would suggest getting one of these

The reason being you'd want low profile ram due to cpu heatsink space, also you can always later upgrade to 16gb.
