I run 2 HDMI cables over 20m without issue.
Takealot has similar ones. Though those appear to be for very long runs. I'll try the less expensive ones first, and if that fails have a look at those.This, if you don't mind the cost of doing it properly, proper kit isn't cheap as I tried some of the cheaper options which were rubbish...
