Need verified adword account

HI i need 1 adword account to start with all you need to do is create a adword account create a test add, i will give you a virtual credit card with a balance of $11 to add to the account and fund the account with $10.
Once the account is getting clicks and impression i will pay you R100
if this project is successful i will order more account.

if anyone out there already have used adword accounts they no longer need i will take it over R150. to protect yourself i will provide virtual credit card to add to the account witch will update you previous card details before you hand the account over to me.

this is whyt i said wtf. I have adwords and adsense accounts, it takes 2 mins and anyone can join it, so wtf @ want some1 else to do it for you...

well i have 10 account all are working but they stopped me from creating more so my pc ip is blacklisted when i wanna create more account.
For the moment i just need an extra 1 or 2 account

well you can add LOADS of adverts to one account so i really dont see why you would have 10, nevermind why 10 is too little.

well i know that, but we use different accounts for a reason.
nothing dodgy i will give you a Virtual credit card to but on file and run a test add until the add gets click and impressions i will buy it from you
