Is anyone else experiencing slow speeds connecting to the Neotel Wynberg highsite using WiMax?

I'm on a 6Mb account, currently getting about 1Mb. Two "Neotel" techs were here, and after I ended up speaking to Neotel found that they overprovisioned - so the site is apparently saturated.

It seems this is normal practice for Neotel. Same here in many parts of JHB. Getting less than 2Mbps on a 10Mbps service.
