Does anyone have contact details for senior management at Neotel?
I cancelled this piece of trash service 15 March 2016 in writing, obviously no reply.
I follow up again first week in April asking them to knowledge cancellation, no reply.
15 April follow up again with mail and calls, they say they'll get back to me.
Meanwhile March...April...May deductions keep going via unauthorized debit order.
End May they sent a team to come and collect their @#$@ equipment.
Called bank in May to enable stop order. June payment goes off, I have bank reverse it last Friday.
Low and behold today I get threatening letters from a debt collection agency saying NEOTEL has handed me over and that somehow April (which they got paid for) and June payment which I reversed are all sitting in 60 days.
WTF!
