Just a heads up to any users on a Neotel LTE or fixed LTE package...

Seems they've been experiencing problems and outages on their network since yesterday evening. They haven't communicated anything though, I had to phone technical support to find out after much troubleshooting on my side. I cannot browse to speedtest.net and there are intermittent problems with some eu.battle.net and origin services over the Neotel LTE network. Some other random sites won't work either. Doesn't matter what device I use.

Anyway thought this post would help others :)

@mod I hit submit too quickly... if possible please update thread title to Neobroadband Wireless LTE Problems

Same issue this side (in addition to the continuous issue related to the ZyXel router disconnecting my wireless devices as and when it deems fit - apparently performing the speedtest will help them resolve this issue too......)

Oddly, if I launch the wow-64.exe directly it's fine. I get in. Using the launcher, I get stuck at logging in, and eventually disconnect.

Amazing how tone-deaf Neotel is.

Since last Thursday random website were inaccessible; yesterday Google too was inaccessible on many occasions. Even Neotel's Facebook page, which is used to provide a forum for complaints, was also a no-go.

The problem persists on Monday morning.

No representative provided any feedback here.

Consumers (retail and SME) are second class; only Enterprise customers are looked after; they can email and get prompt feedback; within minutes.

Consumers are expected to phone a call centre and get no feedback.

They've been dead quiet on it from what I can see. I've just rebooted my router again and now it looks like some of the sites that were not working yesterday are showing up, albeit loading a little slowly.

One of the sites that didn't work for me was www.speetest.net but now it's just loaded so maybe they are coming right today. Other sites that were intermittent included eu.battle.net, origin.com, forums.eveonline.com (All gaming stuff ). All seem to be opening now, they probably had to wait for a certain techie to start on Monday morning. Holding thumbs.

FYI these were not working just before the router reboot, so either luck timing or new IP address or something? Either way, try reboot router and test your side.

Did anyone else (finally) get contacted yesterday (amazingly after the issues were rectified)? Thought it rather pointless to send them the details when the issue had been "fixed" Still did not have an answer why it took them 4 days to follow up on the numerous complaints.

Seems to be resolved on my side. But I am experiencing some packetloss since it has been resolved. Anyone else?
