Sign up with GoogleI have had the neoflex data for almost two years. It has never reached the promised 3g speeds and is certainly nowhere near what I had when I had 3g from MWEB. I recently repositioned my modem/router and now my signals reach -78dB (1x) and -71dB (EVDO) but it is incredibly slow; this is with the SS/ATEL AER-W80 modem and router. The Ookla speed test results vary vastly when I do them immediately after one another and in some cases it just says 'Network error'. A simple download such as facebook can take up to two minutes to downlaod a simple picture. Watching videos on Facebook is out. I recently bought my children an Xbox and although it sees the network and tests are okay, it cannot log in; it simply times out. When I say okay I mean it reaches the servers and packet loss is sometimes at 50%. It takes a while for these tests to complete. Loading a website like google can take 30 seconds plus. I have tried downloading a game. The size of the game is 2,73Gb and after two days has completed 58% of the download. Does anybody have any suggestions, perhaps I am missing some settings? By the way this is all on wi-fi with only one device connected at a time. Multiple devices show as connected but them some get disconnected.
