but previously made it clear that it must be broadband – hence above 2 Mbps.

Oh, so NOW they say broadband is 2M line... so that means everyone who isnt on 4M line isn't on broadband. Wonder if ASA will nail the ISPs for falsely offering broadband now... :p

Joburg municipality required|specified higher than 2Mbits/s, this is a good thing.

It was that idiotic Poison Ivy plant going by the name of Paris Mashile @ !CASA that decided broadband means 256kbits/s...

There are SO many articles of hope and coming broadband from companies X,Y & Z, new telecoms companies and Municipal broadband, Wifi, PLC blah blah blah... ... I have not seen one..., that is NOT ONE come to the table and say, "We are ready, order your 'superfast, ultra cheap, kicked in the mouth of Ivy's teeth-Uncapped broadband'" ... Nobody's ready, nobody has a solution, its STILL all just talk. December will come, Neotel will fart some more articles, IVY will pull more regulations from her butt-fold, and T-Bone will scream some more just to keep the news mill churning.

IBI-F*cking-WISI.
