Taking into account how much capacity sat3 has, how low could the price go?

For instance, if the price dropped to R2 the surge would overshoot capacity.

Well, it did state in the article that its now up to ICASA to put in the framework and policies for this link, so that could be where the hang up is. We all know how understaffed and underfunded ICASA is...

Heck I don't mind paying R300 for 384k w/ a resonable cap! I am paying R300 for 64k uncapped but shaped!!
