Neotel LTE 4mb uncapped high latency

Hi

I recently moved to a new location with Neotel Lte uncapped 4mb/s already installed. The first few weeks it was working perfectly but recently I started having problems with high latency and slower download speeds for Jan 2016. Im not over my FUP with is 400gb. Im only on 35gb.

I rely on my internet and do Online Gaming ( League of Legends , CSGO etc.) but with this recent problems im not able to do anything.

Please advise.

what is your signal values? RSRP, RSSI etc..
maybe you need an external antenna

Yip, first tell us which modem/setup you are using. Then login to the unit and report the values.

In which area are you?

It seems that many Neotel LTE customer are experiencing poor throughput and high latencies from about December and their official answer is always that it is within spec. I really urge everyone considering this service to find an alternative.
