Neotel NeoBroadband poor speed on 8Mbps line

I currently have a 8Mbps line and I'm based in Kyalami.

My line speed test at best at 5-6Mbps at off peak times and at most 2-3 Mbps during peak.

These speeds are really not acceptable for the price paid.

Can the NEOTEL rep please contact me so that we can resolve.

It is now October. The saga continues- still no urgency from Neotel. Line is now functioning almost like a 2Mbps line...

Call logged but response times are pathetic- if this is not resolved this week it's Good bye Neotel.
