Have Neotel erected a tower INSIDE the Telkom Pretoria North exchange yard in Ben Viljoen Street?

I'm sure, just like all GSM providers, Neotel are sharing sites.

Arniston Flats(2105-12-01).jpg Is it not a bit further up/down the road @ Arniston Flats. You can see the Telkom site in the bottom left corner? Doubt if Neotel will have 2 towers within such a short distance. From the Neotel coverage maps (www.neotel.co.za), the whole of Pretoria North up to Rosslynn/Bon Accord seems to be very well covered by Neotel LTE. Time to move there, perhaps:)

Good question, but what it the height relation with regards to Arniston Flats and the Telkom tower.

And another question is there fibre going through to Arniston Flats or they using backbone to the mountain ?

That looks like the old DECT system that is now disconnected .
Those towers were in the townships .

Arniston Flats for sure. Next one could be in Rosslynn. From Neotel coverage maps, they seem to cover quite a large area. All other towers looks like they are south of the (Magalies) mountain range, so would not reach PTA-N.
