Netgear DG632

I originally got the Telkom router, but then took it back and got a Netgear DG632 from my work. In general it is fine, however, almost daily I find I have to "reboot" it. If I'm downloading and uploading at "full" speed (DSL384) after a few hours, I find I cannot browse websites, or connect to mailservers etc. The downloads carry on fine though.

Does anyone else have this router and/or have experienced such problems? Could it be a faulty router, or a problem with my line?
 
I havent used the DG632 personally, but the first thing I would check is if you are running the latest firmware.
