Need some help everyone. As title suggests I received the Netgear router from Incredible Connection as a replacement for my older model N150 which stopped functioning after a bad storm in PE. The previous N150 version worked flawlessly however with this updated version I can't seem to turn off my wifi broadcast. With the previous model i just held down the button for 2-3 seconds and it would turn off but no matter how long I hold it on the new one, the wifi stays on. Anyone have some advice or experienced the same thing?

Hi There,
I am not sure on your model but on previous netgear I have had to use the menu interface to stop broadcasting the SSID>
Have a look at that and disable it.

It's really strange the button is not responding for some reason yet the manual says you just need to use the switch to turn it off. This is a bit ridiculous if I need to turn it off via the router login. Thanks for the help @Tim the Techxpert

Turned it off via the router login page. This is going to be a pain
