Hi. how are you can you kindly assist me, did your R250 data package change beacuse am now struggling to connect to the internet around 4 am in the morning?
the funny thing is that i have tried to restart my router and even as far as removing the sim from the router and putting it again but the network doesn't work, am met with DNS massage i dont even know what that means, but when i put the sim to my phone it works, so are you saying i have to under go this process every day in order for me to use your network?
when i took this package this wasn't happening but now i have been experiencing this for the past 2 weeks.
in conclusion this happens everytime when the connection stops because i didn't end the additional data gig limit, meaning from 6pm when it stops working i wont work again immediately after 12am.
