Dear Cell C
I've been experiencing problems on the Cell C network for quite some time now (frequent disconnects, timeouts, no throughput ... u know, the usual problems) but as of 10:00am this morning I've lost connection completely. I'm unable to connect and get the following error:
"Error 628:The connection was terminated by the remote computer before it could be completed."
Still waiting for a call center agent to answer my call ... "Your call is important to us, please be patient ......... blah blah blah" - 15 min and counting
This is extremely frustrating .... to say the least.
