Could someone recommend fairly decent, simple, network mapping tool? It can be online, Linux or Windows. Don't mind manual either.
I'd like to create a map of my home network - I keep forgetting where what is, and how its connected.
I have multiple switches at various points in the roof - then in various cupboards, etc.
I then have static IP address ranges for specific devices, e.g. camera's 90-109, media players 70-89, etc.
Not to worried about mapping wifi devices - but obviously want the access points mapped. I'd also like to stipulate that a switch has 4 or 8, etc - so I can see where I still have place, etc.
