Network trouble still ongoing since 18/05/2014

Any of you guys still having issues with through put on the Vodacom network?

I have had problems with it since the 1GB promo thing and it's still giving me the same problem. No idea if it's tower related to my area or if it's still a problem.

Please advise?

My Vodacom Data throughput here in White River is pathetic....shows a strong signal but throughput is less then Edge quality.

I previously PMd VodacomData here on this forum and the answer was that Vodacom were aware of the towers being overloaded and that a Mobile Tower was being put in place in the meantime. Things did improve for a while...except weekends when all the locals go web surfing...but now it is pathetic during the week as well!

We have problems with network stabilility in Midrand/Diepsloot area too, It is since black Sunday 1GB promotion. Coincidence? Maybe Vodacom should restore old performance tuning to the value before crash. I was working...

Centurion area - I also have same problem, affecting LTE and 3G - same issues on my phone and on my dongle ...

Logged a complaint with them - received 2 calls saying that were other similar complaints in the area ...

Still problems in peak hours. As typing maybe 20kbps since +/-21:00
