There are too many variables here - please advise what kind of ADSL connectivity you have. If you don't have it yet, perhaps the simplest and easiest way to do it is to deploy a connectivity device that combines router capabilities in the box. Then all you do is connect the box to a switching hub (use the uplink port - the one usually marked differently from the others, or combined with one of the others as an 'OR' device), connect all your computers into the hub as well, and away you go...

Thought a bit more about your 90m distance issue - there's a constraint on the CAT-5 length you can use. Some of the tech-types on this forum can advise what it is, or do a search on the Internet. Obviously, you may need to have multiple switches to overcome this difficulty, or a repeater of some kind...

If it's suitable place a 4-port ADSL router within 90m cable distance of the furthest computer and extend your ADSL copper line to the router. ( 95m is specified max distance )

To be neat you can use CAT-5 type wall boxes and then fly-leads to each computer from wall box. Use solid copper cable from router to wall boxes and flexible cable fly-leads from wall boxes to computer.

Get a 4-port Netgear or similar router with built-in hardware firewall and once cabled, router configured and workstations configured all your computers will access adsl simultaneously.

Thanks for your replies.Looks like best option will be to use a combo modem/router with built-in hardware firewall.
