Oh my god..... Iburst has never lagged so bad, its actually sickening
2 days ago it was flying, now it actually makes me feel physically sick its so bad :mad:

What is going on at WBS????
Can those people not supply a reliable service? I mean we are actually paying money for this kind of "service", only in South Africa.....

You should monitor your signal sometimes they adjust their base station arials. Might need to find new sweet spot or arial direction/placement

I have to add that I have found my iBurst to be as reliable as the map suggested. And more.

Same here . I'm time out from IRC and I don't have no P2P programs or bugger alll open etc. its pissing me off badly.... Hopefully on Thursday it should be fixed when dthey do maintaince.

Hi Guys,

I had a call a few days ago out of the blue from WBS saying that they noticed on their side that i get a lot of disconnections and they would like to come to my house to do some test to try and sort out the issue. To cut a long story short, had a guy here today. Neverless, the news really is that he said that within a week or so a new tower on the ridge (Proton building?) next to the Hyperama (14th Ave - Roodepoort)will go live which should sort out my problems.

I wish you guys all the luck with contention,
cauz from soweto which I'm not sure how many subscribes they have to the Soweto tower, but I have a strong feeling that disconnections have something to do with it [i stand to be corrected]

I'm stunned! WBS *finally* made contact with one of their customers!

Did you take any piccies of the WBS employee - just to show us that they actually exist?
