That's R60 a Gb for all your shaped offering (excluding the first Gb that is R59) and R100 a Gb for all your unshaped offering (excluding the first Gb that is R99)

Up to 3Gb your prices are good.

Yep. and R110 more for 10 gig than Webafricas offering of R490/10gb. I guess if you cant compete, you just do the best you can. :) Still, any ISP bringing down
prices is good news for the SA adsl consumer. More choices = better for everyone.

Are these prices for Month to Month or only contracts, looking for something like Webafrica's prepaid option. Does it carry over.

Hi mh348

They are Month to Month. We will be launching prepaid, pay as you go and a few other packages within the next few weeks.
There will be more information regarding those accounts and all the new features on our new website.
Hope to have that live before the middle of next month.

Yes mh348 there is a change in the local pricing also:
http://www.axxess.co.za/local-only.php
It's still very high(Local Only) compared to IS based accounts but only time will tell if they drop more.

As for the 'carry over unused cap' I can't say much at this time ;)
You will have to wait for the new webpage for more information.

Who ever does your pricing, needs a calculator with new batteries.

Why is 10Gb (gigabit?) more expensive than 10 x 1Gb?
Non-linear scale.. many businesses do it.

As for the Gigabit.. I have no explanation :D

shouldnt it be GB as opposed to Gb? coz according to this u'd be paying R59 for (1Gb / 8 which equals) 125MB and R599 for (10Gb / 8 which equals) 1.25GB
