is it working now? or still no post? did you have to change the jumper position at all?
also, dont use a jumper to short out the power pins...it wont post either that way, just go into an endless reboot cycle...just short out the two pwr_on pins with a key or a screwdriver or something...and make sure the aux_ 4 pin connector (yellow and black wires) is connected...this was mentioned elsewhere in this thread.
apart from that...well, you may need some bits to swop out to find the problem.
<edit> @ Beta: the pcchips boards ship form the factory with the jumper in the cmos_clear position....the board doesnt post in the cmos_clear position. It needs to be set to "normal" before it will post...nothing to do with corrupted cmos or having to remove the battery etc. Luckily this is explained in the manual, unluckily, folks like me only find this out the hard way
