Cape Town's new R14 billion "car-free" Blue Rock Village is getting two new addtions in the form of the Santa Luzia Lifestyle centre and the 5-star Blue Rock Hotel and Conferencing centre.

So the cheapest units are 3.2mil? Sure as hell is cheaper than 200k in Euros
