Another issue is that all of the episodes are months behind. Yes, I know, it's more expensive to buy rights to them early, but still, doesn't help those of us who have access to the shows via other avenues.

Very good suggestion... Up until the SABC stuff. I cancelled mine and went for Netflix and Hulu.
And I still pay my TV license.

For me, the headline should have been "Series Channel in HD". This is a long overdue update.

Despite all the DStv hate on these forums, I'm a Premium subscriber, and I think that DStv does a pretty good job of bringing the latest US series to SA. Sure, they charge more than I'd like, but Netflix, Hulu, etc don't come close to replacing DStv.

Really don't think this is about repeats... It's another way to shaft everyone who isn't a premium subscriber, end of story. Sorry for ya'all if you've been enjoying current series with your compact subscription but I recon those days are past.
