Only thing I would change there is to get an i7 from potterh on carbonite instead of the i5 from wootware. It will keep up better with the 980ti.

ram,case,psu,cooling

i am also a fan of corsair but they can cost alot more :p

+1 for Carbonite. Built myself a system from there recently. You can get a ton of discount on parts and some people sell and then just transfer the balance of the warranty.
