*sigh* it is active - and No - Nothing is being done about it!. You may submit your complaints thru Icasa website, however, you have to try resolve it first with Telkom before you're apparently allowed to file a complaint.
And lastly - ICASA won't do anything about it, they are too pathetic to care anyway. - So...
