New installation - 28 days and no joy, Not A Good Start!

I ordered an ADSL package on the 10th of June and had to wait 14 working days before I could request the status. On Friday 2 July I inquired and was told Openserve screwed it up but it was escalated and it should be up and running by Tuesday the 6th. Well what a surprise nothing has happened, except an Openserve guy phoning me to enquire if there was a point in the house.

Sorry for the bad experience you received.

Can you drop me a pm with your details for me to investigate?

I see you got a call from Openserve though as that is likely the technician that was tasked to install the Pure DSL.

The call from Openserve was from a guy in Pretoria.
