Uhm... If ISP's have to log everything that is being sent on their network it would be an invasion of privacy of the user, never mind the impossibility to store these logs based on the amount of traffic sent by their clients. Imagine having a million connections with an average of 3 people per household (just an example) using the internet to send mail, Instant messages, social media etc etc etc all day. I just do not see that this could be feasible.

Who said that they will need excuses, all they do is in the name of robust speech and reasonable commentary, and much is argued in terms with our 'transformative' constitution. It is the judiciary and prosecution which must pull their sleeves up. Our laws have already implied too much, it is pretty much immunity by now, you know, impunity, hence I am in the opinion that our courts are bought.

There are many politicians in this country which spreads vile and dangerous rhetoric or just make a prejudiced filled statement.

My problem with these laws is that it is purposed for controlling the populace in whichever measure it is desired.

In general, I believe the law is sound if practised fair and equally, but I grossly oppose the invasion of privacy as all laws are open and subject to abuse.

Just wait until memes are dragged to court, there are many themes with sexual themes and I doubt a judge will simply understand the background of the meme.

I can already see this legislation going back and forth in court. There will be people digging up old schit, and try to cycle it back into the public domain for malicious purposes, it is just the way some humans work.
