Political parties incite violence constantly, I hope we will be hearing less of them soon.

It’s any digital platform. And it even counts if someone screen grabs your message as evidence. So encryption doesn’t matter.

I honestly don’t know why everyone is raging about this. The laws are just as draconian right now anyway. Social media, and places like this forum where already treated like publishers. There are already a multitude of cases in the public domain that cover stuff like this.

Try and listen to an Emma Sadler talk, she is about the most accessible legal expert on this stuff. It may just save you your job or an expensive legal bill.

"This section includes a reasonable person test, which states that a message will be considered malicious if a reasonable person would perceive the data message as a threat."

that is dodgy ..... in this snowflake age, whoo boy
And so the New World Order is becoming more apparent daily. Something we thought was nonsense before........

An “intimate image” is defined as the depiction of a person (real or simulated) in which they are nude, their genital organs or anal region are exposed, or if they are a female person, transgender person or intersex person, their breasts are displayed.

I cannot help but wonder if this 'law' will be applied equally across the board? I somehow doubt that it will be unfortunately...
