POPIA is a mess and open to interpretation. Many companies still aren't compliant and probably will take months if not years to become so.

Though everyone just nods and says they're compliant lol.

Gonna be interesting not just for recruitment agencies who basically lose their candidate db as technically they can’t keep it and would need to ask for permission but also most companies who do sales.. that CRM is suddenly an issue.
