I always love how very unclear all of this is. So casinos, galleries, archives, museums, restaurants yes - but not for any social gathering because social gathering is forbidden? So what are you doing at the casino or restaurant?

Can kiddy party venues run? They're outside and usually have < 100 people but are social. So I guess... no?

Uhm I have to ask whether you’ve been to a kiddy party before particularly the little ones as if you’ve been there you’d know every kid will have every disease any of them has if it’s infectious.

Wrt service sector they trying to keep things open by limiting the amount of people in the venue and passing that responsibility upon the owner of the establishment or venue.

Now from what I’ve seen where they comply, works well enough.. but not all places do and I’ve seen restaurants run at full capacity prior to the recent level increase.

Oh 100% agree - kiddie venues should be closed. However, you could just serve lunch and call yourself a restaurant and now you're protected. It's a bit bizarre is all.
