President Cyril Ramaphosa has announced that the new national minimum wage will come into effect from 1 January 2019.

I think I will be OK, pay my people a flat rate of R250 per day and they certainly don't work 10 hours a day, maybe 4 - 5 at most. So I actually pay them double the minimum already. Two meal are also included.
