I won't get into a debate about the local "value" of the Mustang RRP in SA. I'll just continue posting relevant stuff related to the vehicle.

More sensible? The mustang goes from R700K - R900K. You can get a Jaguar F-type for that price. You don't need to be sensible in this price rage. There's simply better cars that have more wow too.

The pricing is way out of bounds for what you get. Of course there are people that will buy it. But the world has no shortage of stupid.

Edit: PS. the video FiestaST posted shows the top of the range V8 Mustang goes slower around a track than a *2008* Subaru WRX STI. That's a 7 year old car that cost 1/2 of the Mustang. Can I hear a whaaaaat.

Exchange rate will change the prices of the cars , ford seem to change the prices as the exchange rate changes some brands only change once a year or every six months .
Expect some serious price increases on some vehicles pretty soon .
I have watched the price of the fiesta ST change from 255K to now 280K .
I expect some brands to increase drastically .
That is why some cars seen cheaper at the moment .

Not new you can't. R916000 for the base model without any extras.

LoL so R16 000 is going to break the bank when you spend R900K. The base model F-type is much, much superior than the top of the range mustang. The Mustang's interior is craaaaap.

And that was one example. If you have R900K and you even consider the Mustang you deserve what you get.

It's actually R925k if you read Fiestast's post. Point is it isn't in the range of R700k to R900k new.
