Yip but 0.5secs at this levels is fairly "high".

Anyway this is a 'Stang thread not some common Audi thread :whistling:

Nah that's standard. If you can find the mustang's specs for the cabriolet you'll see it follows suit. Without the extra stabilizers the car will corner like jello.

The stang is a common man's car. Well supposed to be. Maybe they decided the common man in South Africa is a sucker that likes to pay a premium for a standard product -_-

Err...V8 GT model carries 2L more fuel (gas) in its tank. 61L vs 59L in EcoBoost model.

Hey hey...I took some effort now to post some top pics of the new 'Stang & you just commenting on (boring) Audi's & BMW's :crying:

Haha boring? That BMW is beautifully sculpted.
I do think the Mustang is pretty, but it's been ruined by the exorbitant price. Kinda like seeing a beautiful girl that has a tramp stamp. Ruins the experience.

Its called supply and demand

No. It's called blatant profiteering based on what the marketing fudgers think you can get away with given a certain economic and cultural environment. Remember the Seat brand being launched at a premium to VW here a few years ago?

And this very unusual test for my M235i friend

Ford Mustang versus BMW M235i - comparison
The new Ford Mustang is a more Europe-friendly car than any of its predecessors, but can it deliver on UK roads?

http://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/new-cars/ford-mustang-versus-bmw-m235i-comparison

Thanks bud. Everything in the write up was saying the M235i was the better car - other than emotional responses?

And, of course, an important difference was that the V8 Ford was cheaper than the M235i? Whereas; here in SA, it is about R150k more expensive?
