his name is chris naiker and after sending him my BW graphs actualy said there is a problem and would forward it onto 2 level ...

he is a old IS person so has experiance in a proper ISP where they care about customers and do things properly most the time ...

i have informed him how useless there management are and how they lie to there customers ... he was not aware of some of the problems and although he had not heard the 5kb cap problem and said im the first to complain the illusion was short lived ...

please all with "capping" evvidenmce contact him to ensure the "your the only one" line does not get entrenched here ...

ok ive lost some faith in him he phoned wanting password i refused this offer he sugested they discon me and reset the account i refused this offer 2 a short while latter my connection droped for no reason ...

those use less crunts [now i dont say that lightly as i dont belive it is ever useless]

He seems alright. He phoned me now asking if they could close my old ticket about bad speeds etc. (At least someone called chris phoned) He seemed so happy when I said yeah sure, go ahead close it. Of course this was short lived as I then explained that my contract was cancelled at the end of last week and that Sentech had arranged to pick up the modem this morning. So I really don't care what they do with the ticket.

I don't suppose I could have rather ceded my ticket to Gunman or someone?

This is ORC from Sentech, is it convenient for you to take my call" line again cause after that the next time I had a chat with Cassidy they had closed my ticket, not asked to close it, nada...... I phone for an update on whats going on and next thing MY ticket is history!?!?
