New Phone Advice

Hi guys, I'm looking for a new phone and wanted some advice. I've been using an Galaxy S4 for a while now and I've been happy with it until recently when the GPS has not been working well.

Key Features, in order of preference:
Excellent GPS (Ingress, Pokemon, and Navigation),
Good WiFi,
Dual Sim,
Removable Battery,
Price,
Rugged Design.

I currently spend about R600 a month on airtime and wouldn't be opposed to going on a topup type contract, or buying outright ideally at the sub 5k mark. I'm also visiting the states in a few weeks time so i might be able to get a good deal over there.

I'd like to have Android, yes.

Moto G4 Plus is looking good and apparently comes in dual sim.

Check very carefully that the device has TRUE DUAL SIM capability. GSMArena will give you the proper specs. Many are sold as dual SIM but are not. The Redmi Note 3 is NOT a true dual SIM, i.e "microSD, up to 256 GB (uses SIM 2 slot)"

Motorola Moto G4 - Dual SIM, microSD dedicated slot
Google Nexus 5X - Single SIM, no SD slot
Wileyfox Storm - Dual SIM, shared SIM2/SD slot
