From the article not sure how speakers fit into the plan.
Why not use Kelvin as a model and privatise some older power stations. They should be more reliable out of Eskom's clutches.

guess that's ANC government 101, keep em guessing where the next theft and corruption going to come from.
 
Jeez, this is gobbledeegook to me so imagine the okes in guvmunt and Escum!
Now they have more bulldust to postpone the inevitable and continue with their loadshedding.
The only thing guaranteed is that loadshedding will get worse.
 
Check photos of Duvha Power Station on Google maps, seems like there was a issue 2014 as well
