Poll would I assume mostly be among the upper and middle class.

It's people who live in townships where the majority live who decide the elections not minorities who decide elections.

So are you saying people living in Townships are not really people?

I had a interesting conversation with one of my clients recently he is a black Methodist minister from Uitenhage who is very influential in his community. He said the general consensus among the people is that they are all tired of non delivery and corruption in the ANC and that "mark my words" the DA is going to win. I don't follow politics that much just enough to vote but I was both surprised and hopefully that he said that.

I was a bit concerned when I saw that some of the DA leaders had been poached to the ANC, sigh. Not sure how that will affect the outcome still hopeful.

They weren't to far off on the general election.

Those 6 were not on the new candidate list. 3 were ward councillors who were removed due to non performance. 1 was fired for misappropriating ward funding. So it is not a loss. Their communities have also responded with disdain about their crossing to the ANC.
